For Walmart, any interruptions that might impede the customer experience during construction just isn’t an option. Foot traffic is too valuable, especially when the construction is taking place at the front of the store. For the vacant tenant spaces, we created a solution that minimized noise and dust, prevented potential damage from carts, all while promoting the ability for outside businesses to lease the space. Multiply that across hundreds of stores across the country, and you have quite the challenge. Our teams coordinated directly with local personnel, solving the unique challenges of each individual store with nightly installs, leaving no down time, no interruptions, and above all, no loss of revenue!
