Challenge
Managing a phased renovation on the Strip that required high-level site protection and a transition to a more polished public-facing aesthetic.
Approach
We initially installed plywood barricades and scaffold scrim, later upgrading to a modular system once the scaffolding was removed.
Results
The transition provided the construction team with safer, easier access while elevating the site’s look to match Lululemon's premium branding.
Conclusion

Working with BRS became a real point of convenience as the barricade and installer comes from one company; this arrangement allows you to do the barricades and graphics in the same night.
