Challenge
The Topanga luxury expansion required high-end, weather-resistant barricades—some over 200 feet long and 18 feet tall—to conceal active construction while maintaining a refined retail atmosphere across both interior and exterior spaces.
Approach
Over a 4-month timeline, we surveyed, engineered, and installed custom modular walls and DensGlass exterior paneling fitted with aluminum trim. We then wrapped the structures in high-resolution scrim banners and protective self-adhesive vinyl graphics.

Working with BRS became a real point of convenience as the barricade and installer comes from one company; this arrangement allows you to do the barricades and graphics in the same night.
