Challenge
Renovating SeaTac’s Central Terminal blocked scenic views and dining access. The airport needed a partner to design and build an aesthetic, passenger-friendly barrier for dynamic construction phases.
Approach
We collaborated with airport leadership to engineer a flexible, multi-phase enclosure, installing modular panels equipped with high-impact graphics, router-cut PVC dimensional lettering, contour-cut tops, and integrated HD wayfinding monitors.
Results
- Massive Scope: Installed 300 linear feet of modular barricades featuring 4,000 sq. ft. of graphics.
- Tech-Enhanced Design: Embedded HD digital signage and 1/2" dimensional elements to engage travelers.
- Phased Mobility: Built a flexible system that shifted easily alongside evolving construction zones.

Working with BRS became a real point of convenience as the barricade and installer comes from one company; this arrangement allows you to do the barricades and graphics in the same night.
Before using BRS contractors build the barricade and we used another company to install the graphics. We selected Boston Retail Solutions because they do it all. It's been an excellent experience.
